Privacy Policy

This policy is for plugin, the personal agent at plugin.earth. It is published by CHARGEPE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Last updated 8 October 2026.

What plugin is

plugin is a personal agent. A person starts on the website or on a reach channel such as WhatsApp or SMS. After they prove a phone and give a name, they can connect a Google account so the agent can work in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, and Tasks when they ask.

Account data we collect

The account is the proven phone number. We also store the name they give, a Google email if they attach one, workspace grant tokens if they finish Google consent, and the messages and files they send so the agent can do the work. We use that data to run the account, send codes and reach messages, and operate the agent they asked for.

Google user data

Connect Google is optional. Skip for now leaves the account without a Google grant. If they connect, Google shows its own consent. plugin does not paint a checkbox page. The person chooses which Google permissions to grant.

When they finish, plugin-controlplane stores a refresh token and short-lived access tokens for that person on our servers so the agent can call Google APIs later without asking them to sign in again. The agent uses Google user data only to provide the user-facing work they asked for, for example:

• Gmail — read a thread, draft or send a message, or change a setting they asked to change
• Google Calendar — see or edit events they asked the agent to handle
• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides — open, create, or edit files they asked the agent to work on
• Contacts — look up people they asked the agent to find
• Tasks — create or update tasks they asked for

Tool results from those APIs may be sent to the model that runs the assistant so it can complete that request. We do not use Google user data to serve ads. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it to determine credit-worthiness. We do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

People at Chargepe do not read a person's Gmail, Drive files, calendar, contacts, or tasks unless that person has agreed we may look at specific items, or it is needed for security, to investigate abuse, or to comply with law.

Sharing

We share account or Google user data only to run the product the person asked for (including the model that performs the turn), for security, to comply with law, or as part of a sale of the company after we ask them first. Processors that help us send codes or host the service see only what they need to do that job.

Retention and deletion

Workspace tokens stay until the person disconnects Google or the account is deleted. We then delete the stored refresh token and stop calling Google for that account. A person can write to support@plugin.earth to disconnect Google or delete the account.

Security

Tokens and account records sit on our control-plane servers. We use HTTPS in transit and restrict who can operate those systems. Restricted Google scopes are used only through that stored grant.

Children

plugin is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly create an account for a child under 13.

Changes

If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this page and ask for consent before we use that data in a new way.
